Most of our courses require work-based learning with an Employer. Work-based learning means that learners must either be employed within a relevant business or undertake a period of time in an appropriate work placement. This will ensure that they gain the practical skills and knowledge necessary to achieve the qualification. Badgehurst Training Ltd has an existing relationship with a number of Employers who are prepared to offer work placements to learners.
Badgehurst Training Ltd will arrange all necessary training, including one-to-one where this is appropriate. We visit the learner in the work place on a regular basis, carrying out assessments, reviewing progress and providing advice and support.
